Financial Coordinator needed in Kampala Uganda

My client  is looking for an exceptional telesales type person, preferably female. This is someone who has previously worked in client-facing and telesales / appointment making roles before.

Outstanding, clear and articulate communication skills both verbal and written are probably the most important attributes of the successful candidate.

You will also:

• have LOTS of energy
• be very friendly with a vivacious outgoing type persona
• have a flawless work ethic and
• have a proven ability to excel beyond targets and deadlines which is essential to become a successful in this role.

The ideal candidate would need to be very self-confident and assured, especially when it comes to telephone communications.
You will be working alongside a team of appointed Financial Advisors and your main job will be to help them to secure qualified appointments (meetings) through extensive networking and area-based client research.

The role also includes:

• Promoting the services provided by my client
• Developing potential business with clients
• Providing general administrative support
• Networking, diary management and support to the CEO

My client will provide you with comprehensive training which will allow you to excel within your role as a financial coordinator.
This is a great opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to move into the offshore financial services industry and becoming part a great local team if advisors.

Required experience:

• You are currently in a telesales / client facing sales role: 1 year experience
• You have a brilliant, clear and articulate Western style phone manner : 1 year experience
• You speak in a CLEAR English accent with preferably no strong native language accent other than English.

Minimum Required education:

• High school or equivalent
